Terms of Use
These terms apply to using Katipia during the pilot and afterwards.
1. The service
Katipia is software that reads order messages from dealers, matches them to product codes and presents them for your approval. The person who approves an order and sends it to your ERP is your employee.
2. AI can make mistakes
Reading and matching are automatic and can be wrong. Katipia flags lines it is unsure about, but checking every line before approving is your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the orders you approve.
3. The pilot
The pilot is a free trial provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You may end it at any time and ask for your data to be deleted.
4. ERP export
You must check the generated export file before importing it into your ERP. We do not guarantee compatibility with every ERP version; we test it with your version during the pilot.
5. Your data
You own the data you upload. We use it only to provide the service. Details are in the Privacy Notice.
6. Unacceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to access others' accounts without permission, or in a way that overloads the system. We may suspend access if you do.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell pilot users about material changes by e-mail.
